Kundalini Fusion Yoga with Nambir Singh




Nambir Singh has been sharing his talent and insights in his Kundalini yoga classes. In addition to teaching yoga, Singh has a successful massage therapy practice, which he has maintained over the past 35 years. Singh teaches techniques to help find and keep our radiance, strength and clarity. Each class begins with a short chant. This is a time to clear the mind, set the intention and tune in to our inner teacher. He’ll focus on dynamic breathing, mantras, mudras and focused moving meditations.

  “I’m 69 years old, waking up feeling more radiant and full of life than I ever could have imagined. I would love to share the tools that I have learned from the past 40 years working in the healing arts and practicing yoga,” says Singh.

The physical exercises are easy enough for almost anyone; many can be done while sitting in a chair. A 60-inch creation gong that resonates with the universe will help ease everyone into meditation at the end of each class. “As you listen to the gong, you can let yourself ride the sound into the Infinite itself. Imagine your mind and body in a state of complete harmony, your emotional batteries recharged so that you can face the challenges of the day with passion, vitality and conviction,” enthuses Singh.
