Spiritual Retreat at Desert Ashram

The silence within us is the source of all that we are. ~Swami Amar Jyoti

Reconnect with your True Self for a quiet week or more at the peaceful oasis of Desert Ashram, where every aspect of life—prayer, meditation, worship, hatha yoga, service, silence, walking, work or study —becomes a part of your spiritual practice.

Desert Ashram is a nondenominational meditation and retreat center that respects all faiths. It was founded in 1976 by Swami Amar Jyoti, whose universal teachings are devoted to transforming individual and global consciousness. Visitors will find wisdom and inspiration to follow the soul’s unique pathway to enlightenment, based on Sanatana Dharma, the natural unfolding of human consciousness unto the Divine.

The 26-acre ashram includes Jyoti Mandir (temple of light), a guest house with private rooms and shared bath, a library, bookshop, walking paths, meditation benches, mountain views, a green orchard, trees and a variety of desert plants and wildlife.

For more information, call 520-743-0384, email DesertAshram@ truthconsciousness.org or visit TruthConsciousness.org/ashrams/ashramretreats.html.
