Natural Awakenings Tucson

Ayahuasca Gatherings Aid the Soul

Ayahuasca, also known as “The Vine of the Soul,” is an indigenous brew that has been making its way into the Western world for quite some time. In response to the migration of the medicine into the U.S., including Tucson, Inner Journeys Holistic Healing Center offers services to those preparing for their first ceremony.

Traditionally, Ayahuasca is prepared by utilizing the Ayahuasca vine and Chacruna leaves. It often times helps individuals “remember” who they truly are and why they are here. Additionally, Ayahuasca is currently being studied by the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies (MAPS.org) and helping those who are suffering from PTSD, depression and anxiety. There have been countless anecdotal reports on how this ancient Peruvian approach has assisted so many in what is thought to be hundreds of hours of therapy in just one ceremony.

The staff at Inner Journeys is experienced and dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment to those who are considering taking their first drink, and offering ongoing individual and group support for the long haul.
