March 2017 Letter From Publisher: Food Sensitivities

Feb 28, 2017 07:31PM ● By Holly Baker

These days, it’s hard to find someone who doesn’t have a food allergy or sensitivity. With all the questionable additives in the food sold in a majority of stores, our bodies are trying to digest so many foreign things. It’s no wonder we struggle!

Ready to eat fearlessly? Check out the enlightening information from Kathleen Barnes, on page 30. We also have local insight, as always, to further help you discover what foods may be best avoided, and how to move past food fear.

Our pets have allergies, too, and on page 42, we learn how to cure itching and sensitivities in our animal companions, so the whole family is healthier and happier.

Don’t forget to share this issue with friends and family who may have food sensitivities—you could help change their struggle and better their life.

Be well,

Holly
