Spring Cleaning for Suits for Soldiers

Mike Varney, President of the Tucson Chamber, Sandi Eghtesadi, Governor Ducey and General Ted Maxwell

While we are doing spring cleaning and likely finding some clothing to donate, the Eghtesadi Agency of Farmers Insurance is collecting gently used suits and business attire to assist our local military personnel as they transition to civilian life. People can drop off the gently worn and dry cleaned suits at the Tucson office, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

“As a city that depends on the military bases, it is important for us to do our part to take care of them as they have taken care of us,” says Sandi Eghtesadi, a Farmers Insurance agent. “A special thank you to a gentleman who donated 10 like-new suits and some 200 ties. They are going to the Red Cross to assist veterans that are looking for work.”
