Sandi Eghtesadi’s career as a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner and entrepreneur began in 1989 in Tucson. After a successful career in Human Resources, she has built a successful family-owned, multi-lines insurance agency from scratch. Eghtesadi has the knowledge and experience to help clients better understand their coverage options—whether for auto, home, renters, business insurance or other.

Eghtesadi is among the top 2 percent of Farmers’ 14,000 Agents nationally and has been recognized with numerous awards for her exemplary service, production and community involvement. Her primary focus is support of the U.S. Military by interfacing with Reserve and Guard Airmen and Soldiers and their civilian employers, speaking up at public forums and rallying her business colleagues; all with the goal of supporting the U.S. Military and communicating Tucson is a pro-military city critical to our national security.

In 2015, Eghtesadi accepted an invitation from General Robin Rand, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), as a member of the AETC Civic Leaders Group, which brings together 30 civilian leaders from across the nation. She represents the 162nd Air Wing from Tucson and provides a significant role in an ongoing dialogue between our community and the U.S. Air Force.
