Tula Wellness Brings Integrative Healthcare to Women

Dr. Arianna Douglas

Dr. Arianna Douglas

Tula Wellness, an integrative health center devoted to women’s wellness, has opened at 2200 East River Road, Suite 109, in Tucson, offering women’s integrative medicine, integrative weight loss and nutrition, health and wellness coaching, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, esthetics and massage. An open house reception will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m., February 7.

Tula means “balance” in Sanskrit. Dr. Arianna Douglas works with women that are ready to look at the whole picture of their lives in terms of nutrition and lifestyle, and women that want more individualized time with a physician knowledgeable in integrative health.

Douglas believes that the body has the innate ability to heal itself and the desire for perfect balance. She combines the principles of a traditional women’s health model with an evidenced-based integrative wellness philosophy. Patients will be heard and know that attention is being paid to them and their entire wellness picture.

Tula Wellness will present a free seminar, What’s Stress Got To Do With It? from 9 to 11 a.m., January 5, at the Windmill Suites (RSVP to 520-591-6471).
