Rebecca Colmenares, a Licensed Massage Therapist, has been practicing massage and bodywork for 15 years. Every massage is customized to the needs of each body. She utilizes a variety of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, myofascial, stretches and other corrective techniques. Neuromuscular techniques realign the muscles and help the muscles with muscle memory.

Colmenares is an experienced massage therapist with a variety of tools in her toolbox, able to work effectively with a range of conditions such as fibromyalgia, TMJ, frozen shoulder, referred pain, planter fasciitis and neuromuscular pain. She works very intuitively picking up on the subtleties of each body. Utilizing a variety of techniques, she can adapt to each person’s particular needs.

Cash rates are $46 for 50 minutes (from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.), $59 for 50 minutes (from 4 to 6 p.m.) and $70 for 60 minutes (weekends). Credit card payments are an additional $3.
