Four local metaphysicians will join forces to teach methods for overcoming and moving through challenges, in the first of a four-part seasonal series of workshops titled “Awakening Your Inner Healer”, from 1 to 5 p.m., April 1, at the Galactic Center.

Kate Becker (Therapeutic Perfumer/Spiritual Life Coach and owner of Kate’s Magik), in collaboration with Dr. Jo Ruddy (metaphysical life coach and Master Clinical Hypnotherapist), Quynn Red Mountain (founder of The Institute of the Shamanic Arts and Animist Minister) and Dove Crawford (healer, yogini and guide), will share four different methods for overcoming and moving through physical, mental and spiritual challenges.

All four women are dedicated professionals who have spent most of their life studying, applying and teaching various methods of spiritual transformation while experiencing its effects through the evolutionary healing of their own physical and emotional wounds.

These teachings are for people who want to change their habits and transform their lives, as well as those who are struggling with ongoing physical and/or emotional challenges. The series may include: intention-based work, meditation techniques, drum journeying, movement, yoga, aromatherapy, storytelling, song, ritual and more.
