Time cannot be stopped, and the laugh lines we’ve earned on our faces over the years should be worn proudly. But let’s face it, we all hope to look young and feel healthy for as long as possible. We’ve also seen those miraculous people who seem to be ageless—still active, eating well, looking young and feeling great into their eighties and nineties. What’s their secret?

While there is no proven plan for aging gracefully for everyone, there are certainly steps we can take early on that will keep us feeling and looking as young physically as we feel mentally, for years to come. This month’s edition of Natural Awakenings focuses on anti-aging research and helpful tips, as well as yoga—a tool that many ageless wonders use to stay young in body and mind.
