Yoga Nidra 101
Everybody, and especially mothers, deserve and deeply benefit from the deep restoration a yoga nidra practice can provide. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep in modern usage, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. We will explore the history, science, methods, and benefits of yoga nidra, and then prepare to be guided through a relaxing practice. Dress extra cozy, and bring/use any favorite props or eye pillows to encourage total rest and comfort. Encouraged for Mothers & Daughters, but ALL are welcome to expand their practice!
