Mini Fruit Cups

Serves: 24

  • 1          package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1          can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3       cup lemon juice
  • 1          teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24        prebaked mini tart crusts
  • assorted fruit, for garnish (optional)
  1. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract; continue mixing until blended.
  2. Spoon cream cheese mixture into prebaked mini tart crusts. Top with assorted fruit, as desired.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
