Robyn Landis Offers Free Resources for Self-Care in Quarantine

Robyn Landis

To be a source of support and upliftment during this time, Tucson self-care coach, fitness trainer, herbalist and author Robyn Landis is offering a smorgasbord of free resources and events. Landis teaches clients what they can do to best support themselves and their loved ones right now. She can educate on natural solutions for sleep, anxiety and supported immunity, or talk food, movement, meditation and other practice.
“It’s a time when self-care on every level is more vital than ever (for reasons ranging from immunity to overall resilience—mind, body and spirit). Besides handwashing and isolation, being resilient and not having underlying disease is your best defense against this virus,” explains Landis.
Landis recently offered an open Q&A “Chat with a Self-Care Coach.” The session focused on sleep and anxiety and also delved into age-old questions to which Landis brings paradigm-shifting fresh consciousness: “How do I motivate myself to healthier choices?” and “What does ‘self-care’ really mean?”
A recording is available of this session, which also comes with a “Sequestered Self-Care Starter Kit”, a folder containing the recording and all the resources that were mentioned during the call, including: sleep and meditation resources handouts; stress/anxiety herbs and flower essences handout; Keys to Motivation for Healthy Choices eBook; 15 Ways to Reduce Sugar eBook; and a list of her favorite curated online trainers/workouts. To receive the link and get on the list for the next ones, text your email address to 520-314-0994 or write to [email protected]
Landis is offering free weekly meditation on Zoom, Fridays at 9 a.m. Pacific. The session is a half hour, and includes 12 to 15 minutes of practice. Text or email for the link. She is also offering half-off individual coaching sessions through July 15 (see
