The Yoga Connection Offers Hybrid Classes

Tucson’s nonprofit The Yoga Connection center starts hybrid classes this month (health guidelines permitting). Like other businesses, Yoga Connection has been live-streaming classes for several months during the pandemic. They will continue offering live-stream options, but welcome back in-person sessions (with limited capacity to meet distancing guidelines). Registration is required for all classes.

New this month is a Free Yoga Day, offering a day-long variety of yoga classes and meditation to the community. The offering is in keeping with Yoga Connection’s philosophy of helping to make yoga and meditation accessible to as many people as possible. As a nonprofit, The Yoga Connection offers class and workshop discounts to students, seniors and veterans.

For more than 30 years, The Yoga Connection has offered all levels of yoga, from gentle and chair yoga to ongoing beginning/continuing and intermediate levels. They also offer teacher training at the 200- and 300-hour levels, leading to nationally-recognized Yoga Alliance certification. Payment options and scholarships are available, including GI Bill® benefits for qualified veterans.

Visit YogaConnection.org for upcoming workshops such as Yoga for Osteoporosis, Back Care Yoga, Yoga and Sound Healing, Restorative Yoga and many more.
