Spa Daze Relieves Stress and Pain
Spa Daze specializes in pain relief, stress management and lifestyle maintenance for individuals committed to living a healthy and stress-free life. Jennica Klemann, owner and Medical Massage Therapist, says their focus is always client-centered. Treatments are customized based on the clients’ needs for that day, which can change from one session to the next.
“It’s important to us that the client feels heard. Our priority is that they receive a massage or energy work session based on the physical and emotional information they’ve shared with us,” says Klemann. “We listen, we provide a goal-based treatment, and then give them validating feedback on our experience with their body. We also provide self-care recommendations and a follow-up treatment plan for future sessions.”
Essential oil aromatherapy, hot packs, hot towels and an all-natural pain-relieving balm are included with each massage treatment to enhance relaxation at no extra charge. Clients can also choose two free upgrades to include with a session.
In addition to owning Spa Daze for the last nine years, Klemann is also a Medical Massage Therapist of over 20 years and a Grief Recovery Specialist.
