Find Stability and Transformation in Book, Way To Be

The more chaos outside of us, the more stability we need to create within. Authors Tejpal and Shari Gootter released their new book, Way To Be, to help guide personal transformation. When writing the book, the authors never imagined how much more relevant it would be by the time of publishing. Now more than ever, many are seeking ways to find a moment of quiet reflection and calm in these turbulent times.

Way To Be is an invitation to readers to find transformation and enrichment in just being themselves. The book is intended to meet the reader where they’re at, offering 40 succinct chapters with insights, guidance and realistic practices to help make small changes in behavior and lifestyle that build on each other. By drawing from many traditions, disciplines and the authors’ combined experiences and teaching styles, Way To Be provides timely and timeless wisdom to inspire, challenge and support the reader.

Tejpal, MA, MBA, has over 30 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, life purpose and real joy. Tejpal always blends her intuition, energy healing, creative processes, life coaching and yoga into her work.

Shari Gootter, MA, LPC CRC has decades of experience in designing and leading workshops for diverse populations. Her focus has been on helping people shift while going through losses or adjustments. A therapist in private practice, Gootter has been teaching yoga for the past 17 years.
