Cathrine Hartwell

Lymph Studio has recently welcomed Cathrine Hartwell, an Usui Reiki Master, Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and Certified Light Therapist, to the team. Hartwell offers Jin Shin Jyutsu acupressure, Red/Infrared Light Therapy and Healy Microcurrent Therapy, bringing knowledge and compassion to each session.
Hartwell’s passion for the healing arts was ignited by Reiki training and attunements in 1989. She went on to become a Licensed Massage Therapist, Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, Licensed Esthetician, Certified Light Therapist and Usui Reiki Master. Her extensive background has included a private healing practice, as well as working in a fitness center, resorts, spas and volunteering for hospice.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle style of acupressure for balancing energy and stimulating the body’s own innate ability to heal. Healy Microcurrent Therapy uses a small, FDA-cleared medical device that utilizes specific frequencies in a variety of programs designed to harmonize your bioenergetic field, thereby boosting health, vitality and well-being. With LED light therapy, light penetrates the tissues of the body, stimulating a beneficial and innate cellular response that increases circulation, decreases inflammation and lessens or eliminates pain.
Working with clients is Hartwell’s greatest joy; she enjoys helping others achieve their personal goals for optimal health, well-being and personal empowerment. Let her intuitive and gentle approach bring blissful harmony, balance and ease to your life. Schedule today for introductory discounts.
