The Women’s Wellness issue is here—one of my absolute favorites each year. I love celebrating what helps women feel healthy, happy and empowered. There’s something truly magical about shining a light on the sacred feminine and all the ways she expresses herself—through art, healing, movement, nourishment, creativity and courage.

Gracing our cover this month is the exquisite artwork of Valerie Kravette, titled Lilith Eve. This powerful piece invites us to reflect on our own inner dualities and reconnect with the divine feminine within. It’s a stunning reminder that we are made of both fire and softness—of shadows and shimmering light.

Speaking of art, I found Suzie Agrillo’s artist spotlight (page 16) featuring the work of Erinn Kennedy to be especially evocative. Her creative journey speaks to the transformative power of self-expression, and how honoring our inner world can ripple outward in the most inspiring ways.
The time has come for the divine feminine to take her rightful place in the world—bringing with her intuition, softness, strength, balance and bold truth. In this spirit, Deb Beroset’s uplifting article on page 10 reminds midlife women that we’re not in crisis—we’re in the midst of a creative awakening. If your heart is whispering (or shouting!) that you’re meant for something more, let this be your sign: it’s not too late. In fact, the best time to begin is right now.

For those navigating hormonal health, don’t miss our Therapy Spotlight on page 12 featuring Ron Zack of Innovative Wellness of Tucson. His integrative approach offers hope, healing and holistic support. And our Conscious Eating column on page 20 continues the conversation with nourishing insights that elevate the path to hormonal harmony.

One article I truly loved is Sylvia Boyd’s piece on page 14, which explores the sacred intelligence of a woman’s pelvis—our hearth, our root, our sacred center. After reading it, you may never look at your pelvis quite the same way again—in the best possible sense.

This issue is a celebration of our wholeness, our wellness, and our wisdom. There are many inspiring stories, thought-provoking briefs, and heart-centered community happenings in these pages—I can’t wait for you to experience it all.

Here’s to honoring your body and your brilliance, this month and every month!

Holly
