Learn Primordial Sound Meditation with Megan Dittman

Megan Dittman
Megan Dittman, certified Chopra Meditation Instructor and founder of Front Goose Wellbeing, invites participants to explore the ancient practice of Primordial Sound Meditation through a restorative retreat or virtual class series this fall.
Rooted in Vedic tradition and revived by Dr. Deepak Chopra, Primordial Sound Meditation uses a personalized mantra to quiet the mind and reconnect with inner stillness. “Meditation helps us rewire the brain, return to presence, and build mental resilience,” says Dittman, who also holds a 200-hour yoga certification.
From November 6 to 9, Dittman will lead a three-day retreat at Hacienda del Sol in Tucson. Attendees will learn meditation techniques, practice yoga daily, enjoy spa services and group meals, and connect with a supportive community in a serene desert setting.
For those seeking connection from home, Dittman also offers a virtual group meditation series. The next six-week course runs Fridays at noon ET, beginning September 19, and is designed for beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
Meditation is a proven way to reduce mental chatter, manage stress, and improve overall well-being. Whether in-person or online, Dittman’s offerings provide practical tools for cultivating calm and clarity in daily life.
