Quieting the Noise, Opening the Heart

As the new year approaches, many of us feel a mix of hope, fatigue and the desire to begin again with steadiness. From January 9–11, the Tucson Community Meditation Center will offer a supportive space to do just that. Guided by experienced teachers Brian Lesage and Robin Craig, this silent mindfulness retreat invites participants to gently quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect with a grounded sense of presence.
Through sitting and walking meditation, daily instructions, and time for personal reflection, the retreat encourages clarity, compassion and inner balance. The weekend will be held primarily in silence, with periods of soft guidance and opportunities for questions to help deepen your practice.
No prior meditation experience is needed—only a willingness to pause, listen inwardly and be present.
Begin the year with care and intention by remembering the calm that remains beneath the surface of everyday busyness. Whether during this retreat or at any time throughout the year, the Tucson Community Meditation Center welcomes all who seek a place of quiet, strength and renewal in community.
