Global Wellness Trends Highlighted at ISPA 2026
Wellness professionals from around the world gathered at ISPA 2026 to explore the evolving connection between beauty and holistic health, highlighting a growing demand for integrative, nature-based approaches.
Body Bliss Intentional Aromatherapy showcased its Chakra Balance treatment, combining intentional aromatherapy with massage, tuning forks and sound bowls to promote relaxation, circulation and energetic balance. “Aromatherapy is a beautiful way to bring the peace and reset of nature into your home, office, body, mind and spirit,” said Sherrie, educator and formulator for the company.
Owners Lynn and Brad Taflinger emphasized a shift in consumer preferences toward cleaner products and streamlined access. “Women are looking for healthy alternatives with no additives or chemicals,” Lynn noted, while Brad highlighted the importance of improving ordering systems to better serve clients.
Industry leaders also shared insights on the future of spa-based wellness. Former ISPA chair Kelly Martin discussed the expanding role of spa directors in whole-person care, while educators and executives from global skincare brands emphasized the growing integration of holistic practices into modern aesthetics.
The event underscored a clear trend: wellness and beauty are increasingly aligned, with a focus on natural solutions, accessibility and whole-body health.
