I can only work on one person at a time so will schedule people first come first serve.

How to Save your spot?

1. Message me.

2. Send a picture (if you are comfortable with this).

3. Tell me what you would like the healing to focus on (unless you would like a general "for what is most needed at this time" healing).

4. I will email you the time and day of your healing.

5. If you can find somewhere to be comfortable and still, focusing your attention lightly and ease-fully on your breath, that would be great. If not, that is fine.

6. I will message you afterward with anything I noticed.
