Restorative Yoga with Sound

This gentle workshop encourages your body, mind and soul to relax and reconnect. Traditional Restorative Yoga postures gently stretch and open participants, while the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls deepen your mind, body, spirit connection. This workshop is suitable for anyone, regardless of whether you practice Yoga or not. Please wear comfortable clothes that stretch. Taught by Danielle Dvorak.
