In response to the current worldwide situation calling for social isolation, we are offering our ‘Beyond Breath’ Workshops online. So you can join right from your home!

In this 75-minutes online introductory session to the world renowned Art of Living's SKY Breath Meditation Program you will get to know more about the Sudarshan Kriya™ breathing technique - The most powerful breathing technique of our time to release stress and boost your immune system. After attending the Beyond Breath introductory session, you will have an opportunity to register for the SKY Breath Meditation Program and experience the Sudarshan Kriya™ breathing technique.
