Gen Lingpur will explain and guide three forms of breathing mediations that help calm the mind, reduce stress and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well being. So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including poor health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Just by doing breathing meditation for ten or fifteen minutes each day, we will be able to reduce this stress. No previous meditation experience necessary. 

Session 1: 9-9:30 am Inner Peace meditation

Session 2: 10-10:30 am Pure Light meditation

Session 3 11-11:30 am Inspiration meditation
