Building Balance
A 10 year study by Dr. Loren Fishman concluded that yoga can help build bone density. The study indicated that practice of 12 specific yoga poses every couple of days increased bone density particularly in the spine and femurs. This class is developed around these 12 poses which takes about 30 minutes to complete and can be done by anyone and in building balance. In-studio session is limited to 10 registered participants and also offered online.
