Reset, restart, and reboost. Join us for a one hour interactive workshop to set a strong intention for 2021. The session will be guided by Shobha Bagrecha and Luis Diego, international meditation experts, and will include an introspective process to guide you in setting your intentions, a meditation to seal and clear the intention and an interactive group feedback process to help you clear boundaries.
