Yoga for Sciatica
Sacroiliac v. Sciatica pain
In this workshop offered through The Yoga Connection, participants will learn simple and practice yoga poses to help relieve a tight piriformis muscle which can be causing sciatic pain. The focus will be on stretching and releasing the piriformis muscle with a gentle approach. Also working on strengthening the muscles that support the back. This workshop is ideal for all levels including people who haven’t previously tried yoga.
