Through relying on this practice, we can purify negativity, accumulate merit and receive blessings. In the second part of the prayers,, we practice relying upon the Dharma Protector, which helps us to overcome obstacles to our practice and creates favorable conditions. ​

During this practice, we make a special food offering known as a "tsog offering" to create a vast amount of positive karma for ourselves and others. ​ Everyone is welcome to participate.
