Mommy & Baby Yoga
A post-natal yoga class for mom & baby
Join certified instructor Bea Aldridge, E-RYT500, YACEP, for a yoga practice in a baby-friendly environment. This class is for moms & their babies (6 weeks to 12 mos.). Resume a light yoga practice to help your body strengthen and tone. Bond with baby and meet other moms. Bring a baby blanket that smells like home, small pillow or breastfeeding pillow, toys and a yoga mat (or borrow one at studio). Wear comfortable clothing. Also offered online.
