Access to the Inner World: Basic Buddhist Practices
This free, on-line class is for those new to (or curious about) simple, powerful practices in the Buddhist tradition that support inner transformation. It is open to everyone.
Free: Tuesday evenings in July, from 6pm - 7:30pm, using Zoom. The inner world of intuition and expanded awareness is readily accessible through a calm, concentrated mind. Mindfulness meditation (on body and breath, thoughts, and emotions), along with the focused evocation of good will (loving kindness), all generate that kind of concentration.
