EQUIPMENT: Noodles and elastic bands are provided that can accommodate everyone’s abilities and make it more sustainable for anyone’s goals in fitness and well being.
Bring towel, water bottle, hat or visor, sunglasses if preferred. Soft aqua shoes are recommended, leggings and water pants are acceptable and preferred, but need to be rinsed before entering the pool.
Lockers are available, padlocks are not provided.
Outdoor showers are provided.
