Yin Yoga
Quiet yoga practice, holding poses for several minutes.
Target connective tissue and fascia with floor-bound positions held for 3-5 minutes. Outer stillness is encouraged as sensations begin to build and develop over time. Experience greater mobility of your hip joints and spine. Beginners welcome, though some yoga experience is recommended.
