Join Shawna Roberts, RYT-200, LMT, for a six week series to learn how coaching can help improve health or help you get started on improvements. Each 60-minute session explores one of the top health concerns facing most people today with strategies for maintaining health in the midst of life and work demands. Sessions cover eating for health, stress management, better sleep, staying active, healthy body weight and life balance. Space limited to 10. $75 with All-Access Pass.
