Good sleep is important for brain health and overall health and wellness. This workshop offers tips to create better sleep habits through yoga. Session includes yoga poses which can be done in bed, breathing techniques for relaxation, visualization techniques and muscle relaxation methods all designed to contribute to a good night’s sleep.
