Christopher "Kiki" Apodaca, RN, leads the Qigong for Health sessions. Quigong is a mind-body practice that has the potential to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual health via practicing different Qigong postures. “Qi” (chi) refers to the breath and the energy or vital substance that animates everything. “Gong” is the acquired skill obtained through work. Qigong is the acquired skill of cultivating and maintaining the vital substance of Qi. Offered online or in-studio.
