Back Care Yoga
Relieve tightness and strengthen back through yoga

Led by Danielle Dvorak, CSP, RYT 200, CA, this class focuses on strength, body posture, alleviating neck and back pain, and lengthening and decompressing the spine. Sessions encourage use of props such as blocks or bolsters. Beginners welcome. Offered in-studio or online.
