Amazing one day Healing retreat May 6th From 10 - 5 in Tucson Linda Johns, of Journey to Healing, is calling together a small group of women who want to gift themselves a nourishing and restorative experience, here at the base of the Catalina mountains. Join us as we come together in community to laugh and play in high energy and healing frequencies. The morning portion will encompass healing practices to detach from limited beliefs, fears, emotions, or patterns that keep the mind stagnant in the same old experiences. Then step into a star light meditation to reprogram the cells and DNA consciousness to hold higher frequency light codes, allowing oneself to fully embrace one’s own Divine essence. Lunch is included (bring your own if you have special dietary restrictions). The afternoon will entail the receiving of sound and vibrational healings. Moving from one healing modality to the next, including the experience of the Bio harmonic Vibe table, sound bowl healing and the life pro frequency. If you desire, bring a bathing suit to use the Jacuzzi or the Infrared Sauna. Massage available at additional cost.
