Yin Yoga
Move gently into stretches, allowing muscles to relax.

A quiet, gentle practice targeting connective tissues. Encourages hip joint and spine mobility. Postures are done on floor and held longer than traditional yoga with emphasis on comfort and stability. Yin Yoga provides time for mindful awareness and deep relaxation. Beginners welcome, though some yoga experience is recommended. Led by certified instructor Joseph Moffit, RYT 500. In-studio or online. Gift certificates available.
