This class focuses on strength, body posture, alleviating neck and back pain, and lengthening and decompressing the spine. Sessions encourages the use of props such as blocks or bolsters. Beginners welcome. Led by certified instructor Danielle "Rain" Dvorak, CSP, E-RYT200, CA.
