Qigong for Health is a mind-body practice that has the potential to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual health via practicing different Qigong postures. “Qi” (chi) refers to the breath and the energy or vital substance that animates everything. “Gong” is the acquired skill obtained through work. Qigong is the acquired skill of cultivating and maintaining the vital substance of Qi. Join Kiki Apodaca for this rebalancing practice. Kiki also offers a weekly Thursday morning class.
