Breathwork and Sound Immersion
A gentle, active meditation with music
Immerse yourself in breath and sound. Breathwork is a gentle but active meditation aimed at grounding awareness in the body. Sound meditation is a practice of receptivity and listening. Together, these two modalities create a deeply nurturing and unifying experience for mind, body, and spirit. In this workshop, participants are guided through a flow of standing, seated, and supine postures with breath-based meditation exercises. Throughout, the practice is accompanied by a stream of beautiful sounds and healing vibrations that resonate from various therapeutic drone instruments including crystal bowls, shruti box, hand pan, frame drum, and flute. Participants can expect to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and connected to themselves. Led by Lydia McDowell and Logan Hallay.
