Yoga supports and nurtures the changes your body undergoes by increasing awareness of mind, body and breath. It helps create strength, flexibility, and relaxation to release tension and energize you. A prenatal yoga class will guide you through centering, safe poses for you and your growing baby; including breathing techniques, affirmations and meditation to help prepare you for the birthing process.
