Rise and Align
Rise and Align is a slow-paced class with an emphasis on breath and body awareness. The practice progresses from gentle stretching to active postures with a focal point of alignment and connection to breath. This class will build heat and energy to carry you through the rest of your day! Wonderful for beginners and all levels. Offered in-studio and online.
