This workshop provides an overview of pelvic floor anatomy and physiology. Learn the common reasons for leaking, strong urgency and frequent urination and how lifestyle and stress affects the pelvic floor and related system. Through breathwork and yoga-based movements, this region can be brought into awareness. Dr. Emily Sun is a health coach, physical therapist and yoga instructor.
