Yoga for Cyclists
Learn stretches & poses for strength and flexibility
A workshop for any level of cyclist. Many cyclists, especially ones without other stretching regimens, tend to have strong leg muscles, but develop tight hips, hamstrings and shoulder muscles. Additionally, shoulders and arms may be weak compared to legs. This workshop offers some gentle stretching techniques and a routine which can be used as a warm-up for biking or to develop flexibility. Breathing techniques will also be covered. Led by certified yoga instructor and recreational cyclist, Naomi Greene. This workshop is also offered online.
