Learn to identify and reduce stress with yoga
Yoga provides simple yet effective techniques to develop an awareness of what elicits a stress response. The practice of Hatha Yoga helps to identify ways of responding to stress and learning to cope with and relieve it. This awareness and the stress management techniques can help prevent the development of major health problems. In-studio or online. Led by certified instructor Hilary Bass, RYT-500. Workshop is free. Donations gratefully accepted for The Yoga Connection, Tucson's only nonprofit yoga center.
