What You Need for the Session:
Blanket and pillow Water
Your good vibes and curiosity
There are yoga mats and bolsters at our event location, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like
Some optional items:
An eye mask
Lip balm to prevent your lips from getting dry
Try not to eat heavily before the session (you can breathe on an empty stomach)
Set some extra time aside for integration after the workshop - we booked this space for 3 hours so that everyone has time for landing and integration after .
