This class is designed to mark a milestone in your life as well as passageway to freedom to post-menopausal women. To celebrate and welcome you into your new lifecycle of being an elder woman of wisdom. The Crone Archetype will be discussed as well as the Goddess Dhumavati, followed by yoga practice honoring the life cycle of a woman concluding with a small ceremony after the practice.
