Dive into the practice of meditation! Establishing a consistent meditation practice is one of the greatest challenges for novice meditators. In addition to learning meditation techniques to foster peace and calm in mind and body, you will discover ways to help establish a regular home practice. Open to new students and experienced meditators who may wish to re-establish a regular practice. This four-week class is led by certified instructors Priscilla Potter, E-RYT500 (Swami Maha-Tarananda) and Naomi Greene, RYT-200 (Swami Ishananda). Also offered online.
